Precautions:
1. Check whether the output voltage of the fan matches the rated voltage of the battery.
2. According to the following sequence, connect the positive and negative poles of the battery first, and then connect the three-phase voltage output of the fan.
3. Follow the instructions to carefully connect the battery and wind generator to the controller. Reverse or wrong connection will cause the system to operate abnormally and may even damage the system components.
4. Although the controller has taken protective measures against various possible accidents, it is strongly recommended that the user strictly abide by the operating procedures to avoid damage to the battery and the controller.
Wiring:
1. Connect the "+" and "-" of the battery to the positive and negative poles of the battery of the controller.
2. Connect the three-phase output voltage of the fan to the three-phase fan voltage input terminal of the controller.
3. When manual braking is required, short the red thin wire to the positive electrode of the battery to complete the manual braking function. To cancel this function, simply disconnect the thin red wire.
Indicator status:
-When the green power light of the controller (battery) is on, it means that the battery is connected correctly.
-When the green fan access (wind) indicator of the controller flashes, it means that the wind turbine is connected. The flashing speed reflects the fan speed.
-When the red light (brake) of the controller is on and the battery is fully charged, the wind turbine will automatically brake or the brake will automatically start due to overcurrent protection.
